We strive for transparency and honesty in all of our customer relationships, and we seek to provide that through our FAQ section. When do I have to pay?

The labor fee is first due to save the spot of your date and to begin making designs. The supplies are not already on hand and are purchased from the package price. We ask that the amount is paid two weeks in advance or at least a week. You are able to make installment payments on your package as well, so long as it is all paid one week before the date of the event.

Is the labor fee incorporated into the package price?

To answer your question, yes. The labor fee is an additional fee incorporated into the package price. It is made strictly for the purposes of saving the slot for the event date and our labor.

What if I need specific items that are not in a package?

Make Your Mark strives to personalize and customize all orders to make sure that each customer has their own unique experience. If you need a special package specifically priced the option is available you would just need to have the items listed that you are inquiring about. Contact us for more details.
